Program Manager at Innovate 360 (Thailand)

As a Program Manager at Innovate 360 (Thailand), you will play a crucial role in driving the Agri-Food Tech Startup Ecosystem by overseeing the operations, planning, implementation of innovation activities and entrepreneurship programs. You will work closely with external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the success and impact of these initiatives. The Program Manager will report to the COO and collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Development:

• Develop comprehensive strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Pitch to stakeholders and look for opportunities to commercialise.

Program Execution:

• Lead the execution of programs from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
• Organize & host networking events, workshops, and industry forums to facilitate connections and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
• Provide 1st level mentorship and guidance to program participants, helping them navigate challenges and maximize opportunities for success.
• Establish mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, collecting feedback from participants, and measuring impact.
• Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate program results, insights, and lessons learned to internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Identify and engage potential mentors, partners, and startups to expand and diversify the ecosystem of support for entrepreneurs and innovators in Southeast Asia.
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders including government agencies, corporate partners, startups, universities, and community organizations to facilitate knowledge sharing, resource mobilization, and access to markets for startups.
• Collaborate with partners to leverage resources, expertise, and networks to enhance program impact and reach.
• Represent Innovate 360 Thailand at events, conferences, and meetings to promote awareness of our programs and initiatives.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Establish mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, collecting feedback from participants, and measuring impact.
• Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate program results, insights, and lessons learned to internal and external stakeholders.
• Use evaluation findings to inform program improvements and strategic decision-making.
