Clement Yang is the Business Development Manager at Innovate 360, Singapore first food start-up incubator with facilities. The incubator helps more than 30 start-ups in areas of mentorship, funding, expertise, and access to markets. It is an accredited mentor partner supported by the Singapore government and recognised by the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) as a food technology partner in food security.
Clement has had experience in the agriculture commodities including palm oil, rice as well as consumer packaged goods, having worked abroad in Indonesia and locally in Singapore. Additionally, Clement also led a fertilizer distribution project in East Java for paddy farmers as part of a CSR and sustainability project.
Having served as the President for a volunteering club, Habitat for Humanity in Singapore Management University (SMU), Clement has led multiple teams to Indonesia to build homes for Indonesian beneficiaries in Central Java in 2015 and 2016. Despite graduating from SMU in 2019, Clement still heavily involves himself as an active volunteer in Habitat for Humanity Singapore.
